This Policy applies to all personal data processed by TANTSUSTUUDIO EUPHORIA MTÜ (“we”, “us”, “Studio”) in connection with:

- Registration for and attendance at our dance lessons, workshops, events and private classes (“Services”);
- Communications (emails, SMS, other messaging) we send you.

4. Marketing, Profiling & Opt-Out
We use your attendance data to send tailored class recommendations or special promotions via SMS, email or other channels, only with your explicit consent.

Object to profiling: email hello@bachatastudio.ee; we will cease processing unless compelling grounds prevail.
5. Photography & Videography; Red Wristband Opt-Out
We capture photos and videos during classes/events for marketing and instructional use. If you prefer not to appear, inform staff before your training session and wear the red wristband provided in all classes you participate. We will exclude you from all recordings. The same procedure applies to Minors (via their parent/guardian).
6. Data Recipients
We may share your data with:
- Payment & accounting services for invoicing and refunds;
- IT & hosting providers (within EU/EEA or under adequate safeguards);
- Marketing platforms for sending communications you’ve consented to;
- Contracted photographers/videographers under confidentiality agreements.
7. Data Retention & Transfers
- Billing & attendance records: retained up to 7 years for legal/tax purposes.
- Marketing consents & preferences: until withdrawal.
- Photos/Videos: up to 7 years or until opt-out. We do not transfer your Personal Data outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your Personal Data;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase data where permitted (“right to be forgotten”);
- Restrict or object to processing, including profiling;
- Data portability;
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
