"I love taking part in J&J competitions because, for me, it's pure fun. What excites me the most is how every dancer gives their all on the floor, the energy is intense, powerful, and full of life, fueled by adrenaline. I love the way it pushes me to dance in ways I never expected from myself, sometimes creating movements I've never done before, simply because the competition brings out something new and unexpected.

"Every day I check my basics in front of a mirror at home. Every day I listen to Bachata songs for at least an hour. I changed my diet so I can dance for hours without fading. I don't drink alcohol before dancing, it dulls my senses, and safety matters.

I compete because I want to dance as an equal with the incredible followers, to share that soul-to-soul connection where three minutes feel like the meeting point of our entire journeys. That's the eternal instant I'm chasing. And one day, just as I once looked up to others, I hope to become someone others can look up to. Competitions are where I test if my efforts are truly moving me closer to that goal."

Daily tip: Feel your partner and dance with them. A good connection takes you further and stands out more than complicated or trendy moves and combos.

The trainings that have developed me the most are the ones where the focus is on nuances, playing with variations, and where both students and teachers are generally curious and willing to experiment.

"What has helped me the most on my dance journey is enjoying the process of growth. Constructive criticism is good, but in dance it is very important to be present in the moment. You have to find joy even in the small victories. Mistakes should not be feared, everyone makes them. Growth happens through learning from mistakes. The biggest boost to confidence comes from friendship with yourself. On my dance journey, I wish to inspire many more people and enjoy dancing even more."
