Bachata Studio Tallinn is looking for a Customer Support and Sales Specialist to join our team! If you’re a people-person with a passion for dance, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant, growing organization.
As an Office & Customer Assistant/Admin, you’ll be the friendly voice and face of Bachata Studio. You’ll be a good fit if:
- You enjoy talking with people
- You’re not afraid to make phone calls
- You’re full of energy and ideas
- You like finding solutions to problems
- Interest in dancing is a big plus
Languages: very good Estonian and English; Russian is a plus
Main Tasks
- Handle all current administrative duties (approx. 5 evening shifts per week, 17:30–21:30, also on weekends when we have events)
- Daytime customer support: replying to emails and Messenger chats, making phone calls for class reminders, following up on no-shows or inactive students.
- Organizing and administering new classes (3–4 new groups per month).
- Managing studio rentals and related services is a key role in our studio, and we’re looking for someone who is proactive, has great communication skills, and a positive attitude.
