Summary
These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your use of dance lessons, workshops, events and other services offered by TANTSUSTUUDIO EUPHORIA MTÜ via bachatastudio.ee. They set out who we are, what you can expect from us, how to sign up and pay, cancellation and refund rules, liability limits, data protection, and your rights. A special section explains the requirements for enrolling minors (under 18): a parent or legal guardian must provide a digitally signed consent agreeing to these ToS before any lessons may begin.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Service Provider.
The Services are provided by TANTSUSTUUDIO EUPHORIA MTÜ (registry code 80342849), located at Kopli 25, Tallinn, Estonia.

All bookings and materials are made available via https://bachatastudio.ee and its subdomains.
2. Scope and Definitions
2.1. Scope.
These ToS apply to all dance classes, workshops, social evenings, performances, private lessons and related services (collectively, “Services”).
2.2. Client.
A “Client” is any individual or legal entity procuring Services.
2.3. Minor.
A “Minor” is any individual under the age of 18.
3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. Registration.
To book Services, the Client must complete the online registration form, selecting desired Services, schedule and providing accurate personal data.
3.2. Digital Signing.
By submitting registration, the Client accepts these ToS and authorizes TANTSUSTUUDIO EUPHORIA MTÜ to issue an invoice. For Minors, see Section 8.
3.3. Confirmation.
A binding contract is formed once the Client receives a written confirmation (email) from us.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Price List.
All fees are displayed on bachatastudio.ee next to each Service. Prices are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
4.2. Payment Methods.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other online payment solutions offered on the website.
4.3. Due Date.
Invoices are payable by the due date indicated on the invoice, normally within 14 days of issuance.
4.4 Dance Coins (Credits).
Service Provider uses Dance Coins as a form of prepayment for all the services provided. The Client can buy dance coins from the Service Provider’s website or on-site from the administrator. Dance Coins are non-refundable once bought. In accordance with the law, dance coins bought online can be returned within 14 days if they are not used for services. For the avoidance of doubt, here are examples.
- The Client buys the S package online, worth 1000 dance coins. The client gets sick or travels abroad, making it impossible to use the coins for classes and events. The Client is eligible for a full refund within 14 days after purchase.
- The Client buys the S package online, worth 1000 dance coins. They use their coins in the check-in app to pre-register for a class. The client gets sick or travels abroad, making it impossible to go to the class which they paid for. The Client is not eligible for a full refund of their package; however, they are eligible for a full or partial refund for the event they registered for. Refund in this case will be in dance coins.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Client-initiated Cancellation.
Up to 7 days before a course or workshop start: full refund (minus any transaction fees). 2–6 days before: 50 % refund. Less than 48 hours before or no-show: no refund.
5.2. Provider-initiated Cancellation.
If we cancel a Service for any reason (e.g. insufficient bookings), you will receive a full refund or may transfer your payment to another Service of equal value.
5.3. Right of Withdrawal.
Private Clients (natural persons) may withdraw from a Services contract within 14 days of the contract date, unless the Service has begun with your prior express agreement.
6. Services for Minors
6.1. Underage Participation.
Minors may only participate in our Services if a parent or legal guardian: Reviews and accepts these ToS in full. Provides a digitally signed consent form (e-signature via X-road-compatible eID, Mobile-ID or similar) specifying the Minor’s name, date of birth, chosen Services and acknowledging health and liability provisions.
6.2. Submission Deadline.
Consent must be received before the first lesson or event. Without valid consent, we reserve the right to refuse the Minor’s participation.
6.3. Parental Responsibilities.
The consenting adult warrants that the Minor is fit to dance, has no medical contraindications, and will comply with studio rules.
7. Liability and Waiver
7.1. Assumption of Risk.
Clients acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and accept all risks.
7.2. Limit of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these ToS or the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7.3. Insurance.
Clients are advised to maintain their own health or accident insurance.
8. Intellectual Property
All choreography, class materials, photographs and videos produced by TANTSUSTUUDIO EUPHORIA MTÜ remain our intellectual property.
9. Personal Data and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR. Our Privacy Notice, available at bachatastudio.ee/privacy, explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, governmental restrictions, epidemics).
11. Amendments to ToS
We may amend these ToS by publishing the revised version on bachatastudio.ee at least 14 days before it comes into force. Continuing to use Services after that date means you accept the new ToS.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. Law.
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
12.2. Disputes.
Any dispute arising hereunder shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes may be submitted to the Consumer Dispute Committee (for consumers) or Harju County Court (for legal entities).
